Walking in, you will immediately be greeted by the dazzling view of the Gulf. Completely unobstructed and panoramic, we boast the best views around! We have designed this home to be peaceful and relaxing, keeping every detail in mind. You will find such features as upscale furniture, peaceful designs and themes as well as spacious layouts. The living room is situated in the center of the condo, with a massive sectional to fall into, and a queen sleeper inside. The large flat screen smart TV will keep you up to date with news and events on your time away from the world. In the kitchen, you will find seating for 6 for a lovely meal in. The kitchen is a masterfully designed space for the cook in your life. With granite counters, updated silverware and various cooking supplies and necessities, you will find staying in for a quiet meal with the family rather enjoyable.

The master suite is complete with a king sized bed, a door to the balcony, a flat screen TV and of course a private bathroom. The master bathroom features such luxuries as a double sink vanity and a spacious walk in shower. In the guest bedroom you will find a king size bed, a flat screen TV and access to our balcony. Once outside, enjoy two separate seating areas, making enough room for the whole gang! We also feature black out curtains in every room, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. High speed Wifi is complimentary!

We also provide a starter pack which include: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

Our Clean Initiative:

Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.

In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces. This includes not only table and counter tops but all dressers, nightstands, door knobs, cabinet pulls, remote controls, etc. Literally anything that a previous renter would come into contact with. Clorox is an effective and EPA approved combatant, these pre-soaked wipes need only four minutes of contact to neutralize the Coronavirus. We use Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces (upholstery), which is guaranteed to eliminate the virus within 10 minutes. These products are CDC and EPA approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.

Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $215.00 Departure Clean, $75 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $60 Administrative Fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler's Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
